Goals for this Year in Science

This year in science I want to learn more about Genetics. This is an area that has always fascinated me and I would like to know more about how genes vary to create more than two diffrent traits. Also I would like to learn more about new technology and how it is used in modern science. Another goal I have for this year is to use neater hanwriting, stop procrastinating, and keeping my locker organized. I am really looking forward to this year.

What I know and want to learn about Chemistry

Things I know:

• families of elements.
• chemical/physical reactions.
• matter (solid, liquid, gas).
• molecules= always moving.
• molecules= protons, neutrons, and electrons.

Things I want to learn:

• how new elements are made.
• how modern technology is used to research elements.
• more about how elements interact with each other.
• how mollecular sciences are used today.
• what elements make up a cell.
